Council of Chapters and Divisions

All chapter and division presidents belong to the Council of Chapters and Divisions (CCD), whose purpose is to facilitate communication among chapters and divisions, to assist with their activities, and to provide a forum for chapter and division leaders to meet.

The CCD has an elected 30-person Steering Committee composed of two representatives and one director from each of the nine UNA-USA Regions plus the UNA Young Professionals. Chapters and divisions and their presidents have an important role in setting the course of the Association. The 10 CCD directors are also members of the Association’s 45-person Board of Directors. The CCD meets annually for substantive programs, skills workshops, and business meetings and serves as an essential communication link between the chapters, divisions, and national office.
