About Global Classrooms: Los Angeles Global Classrooms is among the exceptional opportunities LAUSD offers for both teachers and students. The district sees teachers as shapers of the future and strives to provide a supportive and dynamic environment to help teachers make a difference in their students’ lives. LAUSD students also benefit from technology-enriched classrooms and class-size limits. LAUSD believes that educational reform and innovative instructional programs that are aligned to state standards are essential for students’ success. Altogether, the combination of these educational philosophies make the Global Classrooms program a superb fit for LAUSD.

LAUSD has a diverse student body and instructs many English language learners.
