Country Assignments Posted and Invoices Sent Out
All registered schools will be sent an email directing them to the country assignments.
If your school is unable to fill the country assignment spot, notify UNA-USA as soon as possible. Invoices will be sent to all schools. |

During this time, students should be researching and preparing for the conference. Visit our online MUN Preparation Guide.
- Assign countries and committees to students.
- Students should research their country, the issue to be debated, the UN system and the committee they have been assigned.
- Position papers should be drafted by each delegation.

Deadline for fees and all Forms to be Submitted
By Feb 10, all payment must be received from all schools.
All position papers should have been submitted by Feb 17th.
Delegate Confirmation Forms and Video and Photography are due February 24th. Collect a signed Video and Photography Release Form from each of your delegates.
Advisors should also use this time to review Global Classrooms: Model UN Conference policies and procedures with your students.

Please note: Any iPods, cell phones, magazines or items of this nature seen in committee will be confiscated by committee staff, and only returned to delegates at the end of the conference. - Review the Conference Dress Code.
