Global Classrooms: London is the largest secondary school Model United Nations programme in London, serving over 800 students every year through two annual conferences; one in December and one in July. We are part of the international Global Classrooms network, coordinated by the United Nations Association of the United States of America. In 24 major cities around the world, Global Classrooms offers Model UN to students from state schools. In the UK the Global Classrooms programme is led by the Mulberry Centre for Global Learning at Mulberry School for Girls, a specialist school for the arts based in Whitechapel, East London. December 2011 sees our biggest conference yet with over 400 delegates. This conference involves 30 London state schools and excitingly we are now an international conference, welcoming delegations from Japan, Bahrain, UAE, Cyprus, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia. You can view the conference schedule here.
