Flag of Republic of KoreaGlobal Classrooms: Seoul

The Seoul program was launched in 2008 in partnership with Kyung Hee University. Leading up to their first conference in November, teachers and students were trained under the guidance of Global Classrooms staff. Over 250 middle school and high school students from 70 schools participated at the conference. The ceremonial launch was officiated by Kyung Hee University President, Inwon Choue. In addition to their support of Global Classrooms, Kyung Hee University sponsored this year's UNA-USA Global Agenda, a publication used by high schools and universities around the world.

UNA-USA is proud to continue Global Classrooms: Seoul, a global education program that addresses the curricular, extracurricular and professional development needs of Korean students and teachers. The Global Classrooms: Seoul program will culminate in a Model UN conference for participating students.
