Global Classrooms: Miami Model UN Conference |

Boasting hundreds of student participants from the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Global Classrooms: Miami has grown rapidly. Thanks to support from Miami-Dade Public Schools as well as the local community and educators, Global Classrooms has found a home in Miami. UNA-USA offers this unique educational program to students throughout the US. Comprised of three major components- curriculum units, a local support staff, and the Model UN conference serving as a culminating event- Global Classrooms is considered an exceptional tool for engaging students in subject areas like history, geography, social studies, international relations, government, and even science. Global Classrooms also teaches vital skills such as debate, research, writing, reading comprehension, public speaking, and negotiation.
