2013 Chapter Annual Reports
For the second year, the UNA-USA Membership team is creating custom Chapter reports that include in-depth statistics and information on trends in membership, events, advocacy, and more. The data for these reports will be pulled from your 2012 Annual Reports and compared with data from the national network. All Chapters are required to complete annual reports per their affiliation agreements. Annual reports may be submitted online and are due by March 1. The information from these reports helps us learn how we can better support you in the future! View an example of last year’s results.

Chapters should complete the report by the deadline of March 15, 2013.

Submit your Chapter Report!


Each Chapter is required to submit one annual report per their Chapter affiliation agreements. The report consists of questions on your chapter, membership, and advocacy; it should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. You will be asked to submit the names of your current officers, basic financial information, and an overview of your Chapter’s activity in 2012. Please note that you will not be able to save your work. 

Before submitting your report, please print a copy for your reference.
