Americans Support Engagement with the UN in Latest PollingJanuary 25, 2013 UNA-USA members are armed with favorable poll numbers as they schedule their in-district advocacy meetings this month. A new poll finds that approximately eight in 10 American voters think it is important for the U.S. to maintain an active role in the United Nations. Chapters across the country will be engaging with members of Congress and their staff in their home districts February 15-28 to discuss the most pressing issues facing the UN, and how the U.S. plays a key role in meeting the challenges facing the world. Let your members of Congress know that people in their district care about the UN! In-district meetings are the most effective form of citizen advocacy and we are here to help you make it happen.
