DESCRIPTION
The health of our ecosystems impact our climate, food, biodiversity, and our ability to sustain ourselves worldwide. All of these are in jeopardy with the degradation of our ecosystems. So, what can we do about it? The UN Environment Programme and Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN are efforts for the UN’s Decade of Ecosystem Restoration (UN Decade)—a call for every person, organization, and country to protect and revive the ecosystems worldwide. Join us to learn more about the UN Decade and how young people are taking action to create a healthier planet.
This will be a side event during the 2022 ECOSOC Partnership Forum. The registration link will take you to their event platform where you will need to register and then access the event page from the confirmation email. You can then search for this event and add it to your event agenda.
