Justin Cormier

Justin Cormier is the Head of the new Washington, D.C. Liaison Office for the World Health Organization, where he serves as the Director General’s representative to the U.S. Congress, U.S. Government agencies, and WHO non-government partners in Washington.  Prior to joining WHO, Justin served in global health policy, legislative affairs, and budget/appropriations roles with U.S. agencies, including tours with the National Security Council, the White House Office of Management and Budget, HHS, CDC, and as interim PEPFAR Coordinator at U.S. Embassy Lusaka.  He most recently served as Senior Advisor and negotiator for the Pandemic Agreement at the U.S. Mission in Geneva, Switzerland.
