The +1 Membership Campaign encourages UNA-USA members to invite a friend, or several, to join UNA-USA and grow our network to support the lifesaving work of the United Nations. The campaign runs from September 23 – October 24, ending on UN Day, and is open to all members: community chapter members, youth members, and members-at-large.
Congratulations to the winners of the 2022 +1 Membership Campaign for going above and beyond in expanding our network of UN advocates and for helping their community’s voices be heard. We also want to thank everyone who participated—whether you brought in one new member of ten, you helped to multiply the impact of our movement to support the UN’s lifesaving work.
For over seven decades, UNA-USA has educated, inspired, and mobilized thousands of Americans through its national network of chapters, youth engagement, advocacy efforts, education programs, and public events. With more members, we have a louder voice when we meet with our elected leaders and more energy to mobilize across the country to empower our communities.
