Olivia DiPrinzio
Olivia DiPrinzio is a Schreyer Honors Scholar at Penn State University double majoring in energy engineering and Earth science & policy, with a focus in energy. At the university, Olivia conducts research on climate action plans, sustainability curriculum development, and is part of a SEED grant in collaboration with the University of Auckland in New Zealand while working for Penn State Sustainability. Olivia has a passion for both providing sustainable education materials as well as learning more about energy poverty through the lens of clean energy solutions! Outside of the classroom, Olivia has served as an executive board member of the Penn State chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers, the Phi Sigma Pi national honors fraternity, and, in the past year, co-founded the Penn State chapter of UNA-USA! Serving as the Vice President for Internal Affairs, Olivia coordinates collaborations with other university organizations, plans speakers for meetings, and oversaw the re-establishment of the Penn State Peace Meal. In her free time, Olivia enjoys hiking, bouldering, playing her instruments, reading, and baking. After seeing the impacts Penn State UNA-USA’s chapter has had in the past year, Olivia looks forward to resuming her role as Vice President in the fall!
