Commission on Status of Women Adopts Report, Suspends Session

The Commission adopted agreed conclusions on “Accelerating the achievement of gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls by addressing poverty and strengthening institutions and financing with a gender perspective” on 22 March 2024. Following the report’s adoption, the Commission suspended the meeting, with plans to reconvene later.
