What is the Universal Periodic Review (UPR)?
In May 2020, the U.S. will undergo a Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of its domestic human rights record at the UN Human Rights Council. In other words, the Human Rights Council is going to take a long, hard look at the human rights situation here in the U.S. Feedback gathered from participating chapters will be shared with the United Nations.

For more information, to RSVP, and to submit your desired human rights topic, please contact Teena Halbig, President, UNA Kentucky Division at TeenaHal@aol.com or 502 267-6883.
