SDG Subjects Matter Experts & Careers: Climate Action

Join our first session in a series that UNA-USA is hosting in partnership with the U.S. Department of State and the UN Information Centre (UNIC). During the SDG Subjects, Matters & Careers Series, a subject matter expert will offer an in-depth look at a topic or theme, and will be followed by a representative who can speak to jobs within that field at UN agencies and initiatives.

Learn more about climate change from Jennifer Eldridge, Senior Climate and Environment Officer in the Bureau of International Organizations within the U.S. Department of State. Then hear from Stefania Piffanelli, Deputy Director at the Washington D.C. office of the United Nations Information Centre, as she shares insights and opportunities for UNA-USA members to seek a role in the climate and environment space within the UN system.
