The 6th Global Environmental Outlook (GEO) from the UN Environment Programme launched this year. The GEO process creates an independent assessment of the state of the environment, policy effectiveness in addressing thee challenges, and ways to achieve these international environmental goals. Hosted by UNA-USA, this panel will explore this year’s report and the current state of the environment in areas such as air, water, land, and biodiversity. Speakers will provide ways to take individual and policy action to achieve success in reaching the 2030 Global Goals.
