Maximizing Impact Through Collaborative Partnerships for the Sustainable Development Goals

Collaboration across collective sectors has emerged as one of the defining concepts of international development in our society. Primarily, in part, a response to the limitations of antiquated state-led development approaches, the partnership has cultivated to become a vital notion in sustainable development. It also explores the array of partnerships that can be formed and how the nature of the partnership influences the kind of value made for the partners and beneficiaries. Understanding these issues in greater detail should support organizations in the process of identifying and managing effective partnerships that provide the most substantial value and think more optimistically about how they partner. This is a practice focused on maximizing the value of collaboration and not a comprehensive exploration of cross-sector partnerships. It is proposed to accompany and expand other more meticulous accounts of the principles and practice of cross-sector collaboration to maximize partnerships for sustainable development goals.
