Monika Chill joined UNA-USA in August 2023 as the Senior Associate for Community Engagement. Her work supports our community chapters and community membership.

Monika has previously worked as a Manager for a foundation consulting firm and a program manager for multiple church communities. She is passionate about coalition building to further global gender equity and democracy.
Monika has a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison Univerisity in Public Policy and Administration and a Masters degree from American University in Public Administration.
