Victoria Deng joined UNA-USA in February 2021 as the Chapter Engagement Associate. She supports a national network of over 200 UNA-USA chapters and chapter leaders.

Victoria previously worked as the Membership and Development Coordinator at National Organization for Women to support membership resources and fundraising projects. She went to Mount Holyoke College and Wellesley College and graduated with a B.A. in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics.
