Every March, we send some of our members to New York City to represent UNA-USA as Delegates to the Commission on the Status of Women conference. This year’s conference, CSW64, will take place March 9-20, 2020 at UN Headquarters and will focus on the review and appraisal of the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.

Join us for a panel discussion on the intergenerational history of women’s voting rights in America. Panelists will highlight the impact of the Suffrage movement, key women’s rights activists, and the 15th and 19th Amendments. The panel will discuss both the history of the women’s voting rights movement and also speak to the current and future engagement of women in the political process in the U.S.
