The program aims to empower the next generation of leaders to take action on global issues. UNA-USA is proud to announce Oscar Armando Lopez III as the 13th Youth Observer to the United Nations. As a passionate advocate for climate action, human rights, and digital rights, Oscar brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to this prestigious role.
