About the Fellowship
Applications for the spring 2022 cohort are now open until Nov 30.
This program provides a learning opportunity for those UNA-USA members who are early in their career and would like to learn more about a specific area of operations within UNA-USA and support activities and projects that contribute to the overall UNA-USA mission.
Fellows work on a variety of projects within their theme and meet weekly with their Staff Shadow to obtain ongoing feedback, provide status updates, and to progress their learning objectives and professional relationships. Monthly webinars will provide fellows with additional skill-building and networking opportunities. A final (virtual) capstone gathering will occur to present completion certificates. All Fellows in the fellowship program will provide an outcomes memo at the end of their fellowship, indicating lessons learned, processes for improvement, and a way to capture activities and document skills that were refined or developed throughout the fellowship.
